Depending on the size of the group, the apartment and/or the chalet can be rented in addition but they will not be rented out separately to not disturb your privacy in the main villa.

The swimming pool is 10 Metres long x 4 Metres width.
The depth is 1.20 Metres at the end where the entry stairs are located and 1.30 Metres at the opposite end.
The depth of the pool is purposely controlled in order for safety and security for elderly people also.
The heated pool is fitted with an automatic cover that answers to the European Regulation of security.
When closed, a child can't enter the pool.
It keeps the water warm during the night.

Villa Monaco is situated at 600m above sea level in the "Little Swiss" of the South Coast, where you may enjoy the fresh and pure air of the hill surrounded by dramatic panoramic sea views. It blends the natural environment of the hill with the sandy beaches at a short drive.

The villa is situated in an area known for trekking, bicycle and paragliding activity.

All the ground floor of the villa is accessible with wheelchair.

The Living room and kitchen offer wide openings to the terrace and swimming pool area.

Terrace/living room: door opening width 128cm.

Living room / kitchen: door opening width 80cm.

Living room / staircase: door opening 122cm (double door).

Angels bedroom (ground floor): has door opening 80cm (double door) and very wide access to bathroom. However in bathroom, to get into the shower there is a step.To use the bath tub, it depends on the guests ability to enter a bath (there are handles and anti-slip carpet).

Dune bedroom (ground floor): door opening width 80cm can be accessed by wheelchair.
No possibility to enter the bathroom with wheelchair but Italian shower has no step so very convenient to get in. However if the guest can make a few steps towards the shower, the entrance to the shower is 47cm and the shower inside is very spacious to use a normal chair during their shower.

Apartment

Ivory bedroom : door opening width 70cm accessible by wheel chair.
No possibility to enter bathroom with wheelchair but the Italian shower has no step and very wide entrance of 74cm to the shower and is spacious enough inside to install a chair for guests to sit during their shower. There is a handle on the wall for safety.

Apartment / Party room: door opening 80cm

Cinema & discotheque: if you rent the apartment as an extra, you can from ground floor of the villa access the Cinema & discotheque from the outside of the villa. If you don't rent the apartment as an extra, you can't access the discotheque & Cinema from the inside as the only access is a staircase and from the outside through the Gym, impossible to pass with wheelchair.Cinema entrance: opening width 150cm

We have selected the best quality towels. Towels are white and decorated with a very refined monogram. Each guest will have a bath towel, a hand towel, a shower mat and a mink towel for swimming pool.

Treadmill, bicycle, bench multifunction with weights, boxing bag, skipping rope, abdominal bench and other accessories in the Gym. The fitness room enjoys a wonderful sea view and wide opening to the outside.
