## How pricing works

The main villa accommodates up to 12 guests and can be booked on its own. Depending on group
size, the apartment (4 guests) and the chalet (2 guests) may be added, up to 18 guests in
total. To protect privacy, the apartment and chalet are never rented separately to other
guests during a stay.

Minimum stay is 7 nights and all rates are based on a 7-night stay. Guests are welcome to
reserve the full week and stay only the nights they need — a common choice for special
occasions and celebration stays.

Booking is direct with the owners, so no platform booking fee is added.

All prices include 7% IGIC (Impuesto General Indirecto de Canarias).
The rental price is presented with no hidden additional charges.
The price includes standard utilities, pool heating, pool maintenance, end-of-stay cleaning and
housekeeping twice per week.

## Occupancy

The maximum number of guests permitted is 18 persons. Only guests on the booking may stay;
additional visitors are not permitted. If guests engage external service providers such as
chefs, caterers or staff, full details must be provided in advance including name,
identification (DNI/NIE/NIF) and the nature of the service, and all external personnel must be
approved prior to arrival.

## Events, noise and music

The villa is in a peaceful residential setting and guests are asked to respect neighbouring
properties. DJs, live musicians, singers, bands and external sound systems are not permitted.
From 22:00, outdoor areas should remain quiet; music and celebrations can continue in the
private indoor party room, which is designed for entertainment at any time without disturbance.
Excessive noise or disturbance may result in termination of the stay without refund.

## Guest registration (Spanish law)

All guests must provide valid identification prior to or upon arrival. This information is
shared only with the relevant authorities as required.

## Security and safety

Securitas Direct alarm system. Interior motion detectors. Smoke detector in the kitchen.
Carbon monoxide detectors. Two external security cameras covering the parking and pool areas
— the pool camera is active only when the area is unoccupied or in the case of intrusion.
In-room safes are provided in bedrooms for valuables.

## Pool safety

The swimming pool is used entirely at guests' own risk. Children must be supervised at all
times. The villa has an electric safety pool cover, which should be closed whenever the pool
is not in use. No diving is permitted and care should be taken around wet surfaces.

## Use of property, liability and general

Villa Monaco is a private luxury holiday rental designed for respectful group stays and is not
suitable for high-impact party groups. The owners reserve the right to refuse or terminate a
booking without refund if the terms are breached. Guests are responsible for their belongings
and safety; the owner is not liable for loss, damage or injury unless required by law. Local
recommendations, including private chefs, caterers and restaurants, can be provided; all such
