Is the villa ever shared with other guests?
No. The main villa is yours for the whole stay. The apartment and chalet are optional additions to your booking, and neither is ever let separately to anyone else while you are here.

So handy to everywhere also. Tony, the manager of the property could not have been more helpful and responded quickly to every query. One of our party was in a power wheelchair and the property was perfect for it - everywhere was accessible. We couldnt rate Villa Monaco highly enough
