Villa Monaco is a luxury villa in Las Moraditas, Adeje, with a dedicated 250m² entertainment floor — a private cinema room, a full-size snooker table, foosball, a party room with its own bar and a gym overlooking the coast.
Very few villas in Tenerife have entertainment space on this scale under one roof. It is the reason groups here tend to stay in of an evening rather than drive down to the coast, and the reason families with teenagers book longer.
Everything is included in the rental and reserved exclusively for your group, alongside the heated pool, the 750m² terrace and the rest of the 13,600m² private gated estate.

A Whole Floor Given Over to Entertainment
Most villas give you bedrooms, a kitchen and a pool. Villa Monaco adds a floor of things to actually do — which is what turns an afternoon indoors into the part of the holiday people talk about afterwards.
The cinema room, a snooker tournament, foosball, the party room. Groups regularly tell us the entertainment floor was what turned a good week into a memorable one, and it is the single most commented-on feature in our guest reviews.
It also works for the quieter end of the day. Parents get the terrace back while teenagers take the games room, which is why the villa suits multi-generational family holidays so well.
Where It Sits
A 250m² Entertainment Floor Within the Estate
The entertainment floor is part of the main villa, so nobody has to go outside or cross the estate in the evening to reach it.
The gym sits with a view over the coastline, and outside the pétanque area and garden swings extend the same idea into the grounds.
All of it is exclusively yours. The estate is never split between parties, so the cinema, snooker table and bar are not shared with anyone else.

Is there an extra charge to use the cinema, games room or gym?
No. Every entertainment space is included in the rental and available throughout your stay at no extra cost.
Can we hold a party with a live DJ or singer in the party room?
No. The party room is for your own group only. Villa Monaco is a private holiday rental in a residential area, so we do not permit live DJs, live singers, or events with guests from outside your booking of up to 18.
Is the entertainment floor suitable for children as well as adults?
Yes. Families use the cinema for film nights and the games room keeps older children and teenagers occupied, while the party room and bar tend to be where the adults end up later on.

Exceptional We were a family group ranging in ages from 6 to 70. We expected the villa to be good from the pictures we had seen but in reality it was way beyond expectations. Everything was done to such high standards. There was so much provided to entertain all age groups (gym, snooker and table tennis tables, swings and pool inflatables for the children) that in the week we were there we only left to go shopping. The party room and cinema room were epic. Tony and Sonia provided us with an amazing welcome pack and were so lovely. We went to celebrate my 70th birthday and it was the best birthday ever.
Beautiful Villa - Fantastic View - Excellent Accomodation - Everything you need We stayed in the Villa for a week, celebrating my wife's birthday. The house has everything you need. The rooms are spacious, nice beds and linen, a heated pool in January was great, sunbeds and seating outside great. The kitchen well equipped. The game room and "cinema" in the basement was popular with the younger generation. Hospitality and communication with Tony was excellent. We would highly recommend Villa Monaco and hope we will be able to come again.
