Accommodation Options

Accommodating up to 18 Guests in total. The main villa accommodates up to 12 guests. Depending on your group size, the apartment (4 Guests) and/or chalet (2 Guests) may be added to your booking.

To protect your privacy, the apartment and chalet are never rented separately to other guests during your stay.

Minimum stay: 7 nights

Weekly Rates & Booking Options

Villa Monaco can be reserved exclusively for your group, whether for a smaller family stay or larger gathering, with the option to add the apartment and chalet to accommodate up to 18 guests in total.

Direct booking ensures transparent pricing and a more personal experience, with support from your initial enquiry through to your stay at Villa Monaco.

All rates are based on a 7-night stay.

Important Price Information

• All prices include 7% I.G.I.C. (Impuesto General Indirecto de Canarias)
• The rental price is clearly presented with no hidden additional charges
• The price includes standard utilities, pool maintenance, end-of-stay cleaning and housekeeping twice per week
• For stays of 14 days or more, bed linen and towels are changed every 7 days.
  For shorter stays, linen and towels are provided for the duration of your stay.
• Additional housekeeping or linen changes can be arranged on request in advance
• Daily housekeeping is not included unless arranged separately
• You will be personally welcomed at the villa on arrival, with a guided introduction to the property and support available throughout your stay if needed
• A complimentary welcome pack is provided upon check-in

Villa Monaco is prepared and maintained to a high standard before your arrival, with ongoing care throughout your stay.

Payment Terms

• 25% deposit payable at the time of booking
• 75% balance due 15 days prior to check-in
• A reservation is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in date (any credit card or bank fees incurred will be deducted)
• 50% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in date (any credit card or bank fees incurred will be deducted)
• Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing

Refundable Security Deposit

A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is required prior to arrival.

The deposit will be returned within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Minor accidental breakages are understood and would not normally be charged. However, guests are expected to take reasonable care of the villa and its contents throughout their stay.

Villa Monaco is a high-end private estate furnished with valuable items, and any significant damage to the property, furnishings or equipment may result in deductions from the deposit where applicable.

Booking Notes

• Maximum occupancy is 18 guests in total when the villa, apartment and chalet are booked together
• The lead guest must meet the minimum age requirement
• No stag or hen parties
• No DJs, live musicians, singers, bands or external sound systems are permitted
• In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must provide valid identification prior to or upon arrival
