Transparent Pricing

The rental price of Villa Monaco is clearly presented, with no hidden additional charges.

The price includes standard utilities, pool maintenance, end-of-stay cleaning and housekeeping visits twice per week.

Our aim is to provide a seamless and transparent experience, allowing guests to relax and enjoy the villa without unexpected additional costs.

Optional third-party services (such as private chefs or external providers) are not included and must be arranged and paid for separately.

Reservation Confirmation

A reservation is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received and written confirmation has been issued by us.

Payment Terms & Conditions

• 25% deposit payable at the time of booking
• 75% balance due 15 days prior to check-in

Cancellation Policy

• 100% refund for cancellations made more than 60 days before check-in date (any credit card or bank fees incurred will be deducted)
• 50% refund for cancellations made more than 30 days before check-in date (any credit card or bank fees incurred will be deducted)

Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance.

Refundable Security Deposit & Property Care

A refundable security deposit of €2,000 is required 15 days prior to your arrival.

The deposit will be refunded within 7 days after check-out, subject to a satisfactory inspection of the property.

Minor accidental breakages (such as a glass) are understood and will not normally be charged. However, damage to furniture, equipment, furnishings or the property itself may result in deductions from the security deposit where applicable.

Villa Monaco is a high-end private estate furnished with valuable and carefully selected items. Guests are expected to treat the villa and its contents with care and respect, and to leave the property in the same condition as found on arrival.

Examples of chargeable damage may include, but are not limited to, damage to furniture, entertainment equipment, bedding, or misuse of facilities.

In particular, guests are kindly asked to:

• avoid using indoor glassware around the pool area (plastic glasses are provided)
• take care with sun creams and oils to prevent staining of bedding and soft furnishings
• refrain from smoking inside the villa
• use all equipment and facilities as intended

In the event of significant damage exceeding the deposit amount, guests remain responsible for the full cost of repair or replacement.

Our aim is to maintain the villa to the highest standard for all guests. Charges are only applied where clearly justified.

Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in:17:00 hrs
• Check-out:10:00 hrs

We aim to be flexible where possible, subject to availability.
We cannot confirm if different times are possible until nearer your visit.

Guest Eligibility & Group Policy

• The lead guest must meet the minimum age requirement
• We do not accept groups where the majority are under 35
• No stag or hen parties
• No groups of all or majority same sex

Occupancy

The maximum number of guests permitted is 18 persons.

Only guests on the booking may stay. Additional visitors are not permitted.

If guests engage any external service providers (such as chefs, caterers, staff or other personnel), full details must be provided in advance, including name, identification (DNI/NIE/NIF) and the nature of the service. All external personnel must be approved prior to arrival and comply with applicable regulations.

Events, Noise & Music

Villa Monaco is situated in a peaceful residential setting, and we kindly ask all guests to respect the surrounding environment and neighbouring properties throughout their stay.

DJs, live musicians, singers, bands and external sound systems are not permitted at the villa.

From 22:00hrs, outdoor areas should remain quiet. Guests are warmly invited to continue enjoying music and celebrations within the private indoor party room, which is designed for entertainment at any time without disturbance.

In the unlikely event of excessive noise or disturbance, we reserve the right to take appropriate action, which may include termination of the stay without refund.

Guest Registration (Spanish Law)

In accordance with Spanish law, all guests must provide valid identification prior to or upon arrival.

This information will be shared only with the relevant authorities as required.

Security & Safety

• Securitas Direct alarm system
• Interior motion detectors
• Smoke detector in kitchen
• Carbon monoxide detectors
• Two external security cameras (parking and pool area – pool camera active only when unoccupied or in case of intrusion)
• In-room safes provided in bedrooms for valuables

Pool Safety

The swimming pool is used entirely at the guests’ own risk.

Children must be supervised at all times.

The villa is equipped with an electric safety pool cover, and we strongly recommend that it is closed whenever the pool is not in use.

No diving is permitted. Care should be taken around wet surfaces.

Damage & Property Care

Guests are expected to take care of the property. Any damage, breakages or excessive cleaning may be charged or deducted from the security deposit.

Use of Property

Villa Monaco is a private luxury holiday rental designed for respectful group stays and is not suitable for high-impact party groups.

Right to Refuse or Terminate

We reserve the right to refuse or terminate a booking without refund if these terms are breached.

Liability

Guests are responsible for their belongings and safety. The property owner is not liable for loss, damage or injury unless required by law.

General

By confirming a booking, the lead guest accepts these terms on behalf of all guests.
