Up to nine bedrooms and seven bathrooms in total. The main villa holds six of these, served by five bathrooms. The guest apartment adds two more rooms with a family bathroom, and the independent chalet has one room with its own en-suite.
Are there ground-floor bedrooms?
Yes. Angels, Dune and the Baby bedroom are all at ground floor level, Angels and Dune with ground-floor bathrooms, so less mobile guests do not need to use stairs to reach their room, the kitchen or the pool terrace.
Can bedrooms be set up as twins instead of doubles?
Several rooms can be made up either way. Tell us how your group is travelling and the beds will be arranged before you arrive.
Is the apartment separate from the main villa?
Yes — the apartment is self-contained with its own kitchen and bathroom, and the chalet is a detached building. Both can be included in your booking and are never let to anyone else.
Where is the entertainment level?
On its own floor within the main villa, holding the cinema room, the party room with bar and the games room with the full-size snooker table.

Amazing Villa, wonderful place to relax and party with friends and family. Lots of space to gather together and quieter spots to sneak off to relax. No need to leave the villa but when we choose to go to Siam park or to Costa Adeje we just used taxis. We did a big online shop with Mercadona which was delivered between 6-8 on the day of our arrival which lasted us perfectly and the small few extras we picked up on our way homes on the days we went out. Disco and cinema room are great fun and got everyone dressing up and dancing eveynight. Epic trip and villa had everything we could need and more.
Outstanding Villa!!! This property was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. The space was wonderful, the views were stunning. And cant wait to go back
