Is the pool shared with other guests or other properties?
No. Villa Monaco is let as a whole estate to one group at a time. The terraces, gardens, cinema, gym and parking are yours alone for the duration of your stay.
Can the terrace be seen from neighbouring properties?
No. The estate sits in a low-density hillside area of Las Moraditas and the main terrace and swimming area are not overlooked.
Is the estate gated and secure?
Yes. The 13,600m² estate is fully gated with private off-road parking inside the grounds.
Do we have to take the apartment and chalet?
No. The main villa, pool, terraces and leisure spaces are included as standard. The separate apartment and detached chalet are optional additions you choose at the time of booking, and either way they are never let to anyone else, so nobody else is on the estate during your stay.
Are pool towels provided?
Yes, in addition to bathroom towels and bed linen.
Can we play our own music around the pool?
Yes. A Sonos sound system runs through the pool terrace and outdoor areas. You connect your own phone or streaming account and play whatever you like.

Stayed over Christmas made some lovely memories Stayed over Christmas with family. Created some lovely memories and spacious enough the have your own space as well. Located in the mountains with the most gorgeous views. Cinema and party room is also amazing. Would recommend hiring car as supermarkets are down the mountain but not that far. Was greeted by Tony who was easy contactable. We have a disabled son which was not an issue as 3 rooms are located on the ground floor and lots of space to move around!!
