Frequently Asked Questions
Does everyone get their own bedroom?
With up to nine bedrooms available, groups of nine or fewer can each have their own room. Larger parties share twins and doubles — we will send you floor plans so you can map the layout before you arrive.
Can part of the group have their own space?
Yes. The apartment and the detached chalet each have their own kitchen, bathroom and living area, so couples or sub-groups can retreat from the main house.
Is the villa suitable for golf groups?
Yes. Costa Adeje Golf is around 6km away and the villa is a regular base for golf trips, with secure parking and space for equipment.
Are events, parties with outside guests or live music allowed?
No. Villa Monaco is a private holiday rental in a residential area. Bookings are limited to the 18 registered guests and we do not permit live DJs, live singers or events with outside attendees.
What is the check-in process for a large group arriving separately?
We are used to groups landing on different flights. We will arrange a personalised check-in.

Absolutely amazing Villa! From the booking to the arrival, stay and departure, everything was perfect.
