There is an indoor dining table seating 14, covered pergola dining outside, a party room with its own bar, a private cinema and a heated pool on a 750m² terrace. Everything is exclusively yours for the stay.
The villa takes one group at a time — a party of six has the same run of the estate as a party of eighteen — so the occasion stays private from arrival to departure. No other guests, no shared spaces, no closing time.

What We Host
The Occasions Villa Monaco Is Right For
Milestone birthdays, significant anniversaries, family reunions that span three generations, and group trips marking a retirement or a big year — these are the bookings the villa was made for.
What makes it work is that everyone stays on site. There is no taxi run at the end of the night, no splitting across hotels, and no shared spaces with strangers. Guests move between the pool, the dining terrace, the party room and the cinema across a single evening.
Baby equipment is provided at no charge and there are ground-floor bedrooms for grandparents, which is why the villa suits family groups of mixed ages particularly well.
Good to Know
A Few Things Worth Knowing Before You Book
No live DJs and no live singers. The villa sits in a quiet residential area of Las Moraditas and we have a responsibility to our neighbours. You are very welcome to play your own music through the system in the party room at a considerate level.
No guests beyond the 18 who are staying. The Vivienda Vacacional licence sets a firm maximum of 18 people, and that includes anyone joining for an evening. We cannot make exceptions.
Within those limits, the villa gives a group of 18 more space, privacy and things to do than almost anything else available in South Tenerife.

No. The villa is in a quiet residential area and live DJs and live singers are not permitted at any time. You can play your own music through the system in the party room at a considerate level.
Can friends who are staying elsewhere join us for a party?
No. The Vivienda Vacacional licence caps the property at 18 people and that includes anyone visiting for an evening. It is a legal limit rather than a house preference.
Can we decorate for a birthday or anniversary?
Yes. Groups regularly bring banners, balloons and table decorations for milestone birthdays and anniversaries. We just ask that nothing is fixed to walls in a way that leaves marks.
Can you recommend a private chef or caterers for the celebration night?
Yes. We can pass on details of trusted local private chefs, caterers and grocery delivery services. Ask when you book and we will send you the contacts.
Is the villa suitable for a family reunion with children and older relatives?
Yes. There are ground-floor bedrooms so less mobile guests avoid stairs, cots and high chairs at no charge for babies, and a cinema and games room that keep children and teenagers occupied.
